Virginia Criminal Defense Lawyer

Thomas Soldan handles a wide variety of criminal and civil cases in the northern Virginia area. He litigates in local courts throughout the region, including the cities of Alexandria, Manassas Park, and Fredericksburg, the counties of Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and the towns of Falls Church, Haymarket, Leesburg, Vienna, and Warrenton.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Soldan was an associate with a prestigious litigation firm in Warrenton, Virginia, where he practiced both criminal defense and civil litigation.

Mr. Soldan is currently the President of the Fauquier Bar Association, a member of the Virginia Bar Association, and he serves as an Insurance Regulation vice-chair with the American Bar Association. Attorney Soldan is also the co-author of "Right-Sizing:" Customizing Corporate Compliance to the Small Corporation.

Thomas Soldan attended Lafayette College before earning his J.D. from the University Of Georgia School Of Law.
